Throughout the years, Advocate Home Care Services has made a difference in a lot of people’s lives. From the day we started our senior home care business, opened our first case, and walked into somebody’s home to introduce the nurse’s aide, we’ve done it always with nothing but heart.

Heart means everything to us. Heart is the base for our relationships between the patient and the home nurse’s aide; and between our case managers and the family. Many of our client's s family members live out-of-state so, in a sense, we become the surrogate children on the ground. Heart is at the core of every home care service we provide and is the driving force that we try to bring to every single one of our patients.
