Driving Service

Our experience in working with clients over the years has shown that as clients get older, weaker and nearer to the end, fear and anxiety of the unknown often grips them. These emotional challenges can be overwhelming for our clients and their families, who often don’t have the answers for the deepest questions about life in its final stages.

Spiritual Care services offer guidance to clients’ families to assist them and their loved ones to accept the next phase.

L'Dor Va Dor Program (From Generation to Generation)

L’Dor Va Dor is a service offered by Advocate Home Care Services that provides aides with training in Jewish values, customs, and traditions.  Advocate Home Care Services is aware of the unique dietary laws and observance of Shabbat and other holidays for Jewish people, and therefore provides aides experienced in providing specialized care.

Services Offered:

• Provides aides trained in the all three denominations of Judaism: Orthodox, Conservative and Reform
• Knowledge of Kashrut laws (Both cooking and shopping)
• Knowledge of Shabbat and Holiday observance laws
